About the role

As Logistics Support Backoffice, you will be an important part of the team that ensures efficient transport solutions and good service. Together, you will be responsible for receiving, weighing, and delivering materials, in close collaboration with production. Your tasks include:

- Administrative work in the business system:

• Check contracts
• Manage deviations, orders, prices, and weights

- Daily contact with carriers

- Participate in and lead carrier meetings

- Initiate dialogue with customers and carriers in case of deviations

- Provide advice and support to colleagues on transport issues

- Contribute to improved logistics solutions

- Together with the team, be responsible for:

• Receiving, weighing, and delivering materials
• First contact with customers and drivers at the branch

Qualifications

• Completed high school education
• Experience in service and customer contact, preferably within the transport industry
• Good proficiency in Excel and working in business systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• B driver's license

• Working hours: Weekdays 07:00–16:00
• Location: Linköping
• Employment and workplace: You will be employed by Senzum but will work on-site at our client's location in Linköping. This means that you represent both us and the client in your daily work – with a professional and service-oriented approach. The ambition is for the employment to transition to the client after a certain period of hiring
